The oil shall be replaced once a year. The working pressure of the hydraulic transmission system shall be cleaned in multiple directions during disassembly. 2. It is forbidden to operate the factory when the filter plate is less than the specified number to prevent damage to the parts. Check the arrangement of the filter plate before feeding. The filter cloth shall not be telescopic to prevent very large water seepage. After unloading the cake, the filter plate must be tightly tightened and arranged neatly.

3. The filter plate can be tightened for flushing and filtering only after it is normal. The filtering pressure and filtering ambient temperature shall be within the specified range as far as possible. Excessive filtering pressure leads to water seepage. The plastic filter plate is easy to deform if the filtering ambient temperature is too high. The mixed liquid shall have uniform concentration value during feeding. There should be no mixed debris; After unloading the cake, the filter cloth and filter plate should be cleaned and tidy as far as possible. Residue is not allowed to stick on the protruding surface or in the safety outlet of feeding. Otherwise, the smooth feeding and the sealing performance of the filter plate will be damaged, resulting in unbalanced pressure on both sides of the filter plate and deformation and damage of the filter plate.

4. The selection of filter cloth must conform to the filtration standard specification of filter paddle. Before making the new filter cloth, shrinkage shall occur first. The aperture of the opening shall be smaller than that of the filter plate. The aperture of the filter plate in supporting facilities shall be relatively concentric with the welding bolt. The distribution of the feeding hole shall be close to the material layer. Otherwise, it will cause unclear filtration, low filtration rate, cracking of the cloth cylinder, and adverse effects of the expected filtering purpose.

5. In the early stage of the filter press, the filter is turbid. When a layer of anaerobic granular sludge is caused on the filter cloth, the leachate will turn blue. If the leachate is always turbid or mixed, it may be that the filter cloth is damaged or the hole is deviated from the welding bolt. At this time, close the valve or stop feeding the material to remove the filter cloth. A small amount of water seepage caused by the diffusion of filter cloth is allowed between the filter plates.

6, when moving the filter plate, the force should be uniform and appropriate, can't collision, rolling, to prevent damage to the protruding surface and filter wrench. The filter cloth will harden after being used for a period of time, and its characteristics will be reduced. Therefore, maintenance is required. If any change is found to damage the filtration rate, it can be cleaned with acidic partial alkali with relatively low concentration to make the filter cloth repair effective. If it cannot be repaired, it can be disassembled immediately.
